Appointing distributors, maintaining and increasing sales and Revenue of company's products ? Deliver sales target for all product (Voice Prepaid / Data,/ BC / M.PESA etc.) by executing the Distribution strategy at the channel partner level ? Monitor quality of acquisition through the distribution channel partner level. ? Ensure availability of stock at retail while adhering to the norms. ? Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market. ? Execute promotion activities for channel partners to drive sales and build market credibility. ? Achieve zonal revenue target for the distribution channel across all products. ? Achieve retail (MBO) expansion target through increase in number of outlet in existing and new geographies. ? Keep motivation level high through regular meeting with distributors, retailers, Off-roll sales representatives. ? Collecting customer feedback and market research and Compiling and analyzing sales figures ? To Brief ADs & DSEs on months activity, set targets, action plans and train them ? To Collect details and communicating competitor activities to the marketing department Key Accomplishments: o Successfully handled a team of 5 Associate Distributors and 1 Super distributor and team 10 people. o Added 4 Associate Distributor and increased the revenue of the site. o Increased activations from 1600 units to 2150 units within 5 months of joining. o Increased the tertiary of sites from 25 Lacks to 58 Lacks within 8 months of joining
